What is a PTW

PTW5 is the largest TinyWhoop drone race in Europe, organized at the end of November 2023 in the very center of Poland - Lodz - by the Multirotors Community Association. Two days of competition in four timed categories, which will be selected in the preceding event, online qualification.

Plenty of joy and fun during the drone fest - you also cannot be missing here!

Today we want to show you the space where the PTW5 competition will take place. This huge, two-level patio, which gives the opportunity to build a unique track and separate an area for the public, is located at Rewolucji 1905 no. 52, 90-213 Łódź. We have officially closed the online pre-qualification stage. The list of qualified people can be found at: https://mrcrew.pl/ptw5-list If you didn't manage to take part in the prequalifications, nothing is lost, you still have a chance to register for PTW5. Just click the “Register now” button at the top of the page and complete the form.

Extension of registration options
In response to your requests, people who did not participate in the online qualifications can now qualify for the main event. All you need to do is register. Priority is given to pilots with the best time on the Velocidrone track, followed by the order of registration. We have prepared a small surprise for the participants of the online qualifications 😊

Online eliminations start
On Friday, September 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., the online qualifying rounds in the Velocidrone simulator started and will last until October 15, 2023 at midnight. Challenge other pilots and try to achieve the best possible time on a track "PTW5 Tryout" using drones included in Micro Class Quads pack (BetaFPV 75x, Tiny Hawk, CrazyBee Micro, Mobula 6, Meteor 65, Beebrain, AcroBee, ZeroGrav, AcroBee PMB) to qualify for the competition in Łódź!

Where to find the current competition rules?

Why do you need my data when registering?

Your data will be used by us to contact you if you qualify for the event in Łódź.

Where and when is the event taking place?

The main part of the event will take place on November 25-26, 2023 in Łódź. The exact location will be revealed in a separate announcement.

How to qualify for the event in Łódź?

To qualify for the event in Łódź, you must take part in the online event taking place at Velocidrone and achieve one of the 80 best times among all registered participants on the track prepared by us.

How many people qualify for the main event?

80 people qualify for the main event.

What is the cost of attending the event?

Participation in the online event is free. If you qualify for the event in Łódź and want to take part, we will ask you to pay a fee of PLN 120.

I qualified for the event in Łódź, what next?

We will contact you to confirm your participation in the event in Łódź and provide further instructions.

What drone can I use to take part in the competition?

You can take part in the competition if you have a Whoopa 1S/2S in a maximum size of 75mm. More details can be found in the competition rules in technical requirements.

Will there be an afterparty?

Yes, we plan to organize a meeting for pilots and guests which will take place on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Details about the place and starting time will be provided in the news.

The event is a 2-day event - what about lodging?

We do not provide accommodation. Each participant must organize it on their own, however, we will prepare a list of recommended places in close proximity to the event venue.

I am a minor, can I compete and under what conditions?

Yes, you can take part in the competition, but we need your guardian's consent. Please contact us for details.

I can't come, where can I watch the stream?

The stream will be available on our YT, FB and on this website.
